Terms of Service

1. Acceptance

By using SentiVox you agree to these terms. SentiVox is operated by Digital Boutique. If you don't accept these terms, do not use the service.

2. The service

SentiVox transcribes and analyses call recordings your workspace uploads or syncs, and produces sentiment scores, report cards, and coaching analyses. We may improve or change features over time; we'll communicate material changes in advance.

3. Fees

Paid plans are agreed per order form or written quote and invoiced as stated there. Fees are exclusive of taxes. Access under a free evaluation may be limited or time-boxed at our discretion.

4. Your data

You retain all rights to the audio you upload and to the transcripts and analyses produced from it. You grant us the limited rights needed to process that content to provide the service. We don't use your content to train models, and our subprocessors are contractually barred from doing so — see the Privacy Policy.

5. Acceptable use

You will only upload audio you have the legal right to record and analyse. You will not upload content that violates third-party rights, applicable law, or call-recording consent rules in your jurisdiction.

6. Account responsibility

You are responsible for everything that happens under your sign-in account. Keep your credentials secure and notify us immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.

7. Availability and liability

We aim for high availability but, unless a signed agreement says otherwise, the service is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability under these terms is limited to the fees you paid in the twelve months before the claim arose.

8. Termination

Either party may terminate access at any time. On termination we will stop processing your audio and you may request export of your data within 30 days.

9. Changes

These terms may be updated. Continued use after a change means you accept the new terms.
