Privacy Policy

1. What we collect

We collect: your sign-in email and profile name from Google (via Google OAuth), call audio you upload or that arrives from a Google Drive / Dropbox folder you connect, transcripts and analyses produced from that audio, and the metadata around those calls (rep, company, dates, scores).

2. How we use it

We use this data to provide the SentiVox service to you and your company: transcribing calls, generating coaching analyses and report cards, and showing dashboards. We don't sell your data and we don't use it to train third-party models outside the Claude API calls required to produce analyses.

3. Who we share with

Service providers required to deliver SentiVox: Anthropic (Claude API, for analysis), AssemblyAI (transcription), Vercel (hosting), Cloudflare (R2 object storage for call audio), Neon (Postgres), and Resend (transactional email). Each is bound by their own terms and is used only to deliver the service.

4. Google user data — limited use disclosure

SentiVox's use of information received from Google APIs adheres to the Google API Services User Data Policy, including the Limited Use requirements. We access your Google Drive only to list and download audio files in the folder you explicitly select; we don't share Drive content with third parties beyond the service providers above, and we don't use it for advertising.

5. Retention

Audio, transcripts, analyses, and report cards are retained while your workspace is active. Your company can set an audio retention window, after which call recordings are deleted automatically. You can request deletion at any time. On account closure we'll delete your audio + DB rows within 30 days unless legally required to retain longer.

6. Your rights

Request access, correction, or deletion at hello@digitalboutique.ai.

7. Security

Data in transit is TLS-encrypted. Connection tokens for Google Drive and Dropbox are stored encrypted at rest. We'll notify affected users in the event of a breach.

8. Changes

We may update this policy. Material changes will be communicated via the dashboard.
