What is SentiVox?▾
SentiVox is voice-intelligence software for sales teams. It listens to your recorded calls, identifies who is speaking, transcribes the conversation, and produces a structured critique with sentiment, talk-time balance, and a coaching plan.
How do I get my calls into SentiVox?▾
Three ways: drop an audio file onto the File Upload page, connect a Google Drive folder and we watch it for new audio, or do the same with Dropbox. Once a call lands, transcription and analysis run automatically.
Which audio formats are supported?▾
mp3, m4a, wav, ogg, webm, flac, plus mp4 / mov when the audio track is what you care about. Files up to 500 MB per upload.
Who can see my calls?▾
Everything is scoped to your company. Only people invited to your workspace see your calls. Platform admins at Digital Boutique can see all companies when investigating issues; we don't browse customer data without reason.
Do you train models on my audio?▾
No. Your audio is sent to AssemblyAI for transcription and to Anthropic (Claude) for analysis under each provider's contractual terms — neither uses your content to train models. We don't sell your data.
Can I delete a call?▾
Yes — from the call detail page (admins) or by asking us. Deletion removes the audio file from blob storage and the call's database rows.
What's the difference between a Rep Report Card and a Coaching Report?▾
The Rep Report Card is a one-click per-rep summary built from every analyzed call. The Coaching Report lets you pick a rep + date range and produces a focused coaching plan — what got better in the window, what's still a gap, and the single thing to practise next.
How does the Google Drive integration work?▾
Connect your Google account, pick a watched folder, and we poll that folder every 10 minutes. New audio files get downloaded, content-checksum-deduped against what we already have, and pushed through transcribe + analyze. Read-only access — we never modify your Drive.
I see 'Access blocked' when I try to connect Drive.▾
The OAuth redirect URI hasn't been added to the Google Cloud client yet, or the Drive API isn't enabled. Ask your admin to check the Cloud Console: Credentials → OAuth client → Authorized redirect URIs, and Library → Drive API → Enable.
How do I add a new user?▾
Admins: Admin → Invitations → New invitation. Enter the email + role, send. The user signs in with Google and is auto-activated.
